When it comes to building strength, flexibility, agility, and cardiovascular fitness, it’s hard to find a better activity than tumbling. At Leaps & Bounds, our tumbling classes will help your kids develop these attributes as well as self-motivation, courage, and determination.
Unlike our gymnastics classes, which include training on equipment like beam and vault, these classes focus completely on learning how to tumble. As students get older and learn how to do more tricks on their own, we’ll move them to higher-level classes so they can continue to be challenged throughout the program.
From 5 years all the way to 18 years
Beginner all the way up to advanced
30 minutes long or 1 hour long

Tumbling classes are perfect for students who just want to learn for fun, who don’t want to train on the equipment, or who need to develop tumbling skills for other sports. We have many cheerleaders and dancers that take our tumbling classes. We also have many boys that take this class to help with their wrestling skills, though we highly suggest they take our boys gymnastics class instead.
Our tumbling classes are perfect for students age 5 years and up. If your kids are 3 or 4-years-old, we suggest starting them with preschool gymnastics instead.
